Marketplace & Global Buyer’s Club
Project teams work hard to select the best products for their clients, only to lose 40% of those specified products to cost cutting and unwanted substitutions.
No more!
Our Marketplace, with a built-in Global Buyer’s Club, is the first of its kind, designed specifically for construction. By aggregating thousands of unrelated projects in one place, suppliers access unprecedented volume which enables them to offer discounts based on this demand.
GPO’s (group purchasing orgs) have proven the model of volume-based cost savings, but they have too many limitations for construction. Our model is a cross between the aggregation of GPO’s and the flexibility of B2B Trade Exchanges, resulting in the best of both worlds:
We are very excited to announce a new partnership with USGBC CA for their Rebuild Marketplace, first targeting the efforts to rebuild Los Angeles after the disastrous wildfires, then to be a tool for the entire California market. This collaboration ensures that rebuilding efforts use the healthiest, most cost-effective products to ensure resiliency of these communities.

Just click on one of the links below to register for the marketplace, and contact [email protected] if you have any questions! Our staff will be there every step of the way to help you get going!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: Is there a cost?
A: There is no cost to buyers. Manufacturers get real bid requests for free, in real time in their “live-lead dashboard” but only pay a small transaction fee once there is a purchase.
Q: What’s the difference between Marketplace and Buyer’s Club?
A: The Marketplace allows builders and their suppliers to maintain their existing relationships while the Buyer’s Club lets anyone take advantage of procurement aggregation. They can request their usual supplier, but the manufacturer may designate a different supplier depending on the relationships they have and the discount they want to offer.
Q: What if there’s a problem with my order?
A: We broker the transaction to offer the best pricing, but once there is a commitment to purchase, the order is fulfilled through usual channels and the supplier takes on all typical fulfillment obligations, including dealing with order issues.
