It’s even easier to add more groups! Add as many as you want. Repeat step 1 as shown in the section “How and Why to Create Groups” – click on at least one row to display the Bulk Actions, including “Add to Groups”. Then click in the text box that pops up. You will not see the existing groups until you click in the text box, then they appear.
- CLICK TO CREATE MORE: Following the steps from 2 sections earlier, get to the Group window. Click in the empty text box which reveals existing group names. You can either type in the box to create a new group OR you can click on one of the list of names to add selected products to an existing list.
- CLICK THE GEAR TO OPEN CONTROL PANEL: To see what groups exist and make one (or more) visible, repeat from the previous page – clicking the gear icon to open the control panel and then click on Product Groups at the top.
- HIDE/SHOW OR DELETE GROUPS: You can hide, show or delete any or all of the groups that have been created. Simply click on any (or all) of the boxes to show or hide the groups you want to show. Groups you select will appear as tabs as shown in step 5 on the previous page. (NOTE: If other internal or external team members have been ‘invited’ to this Project’s Material List, they can also create groups and you will see their groups also in the drop-down list. You only see the groups you’ve opened; everyone can have different groups visible).

To DELETE a Group, open the Control Panel (gear icon at the top right of your screen) and scroll to the Groups tab up top there – and click the delete button (garbage can) icon.
