No more unnecessarily repeated research by each project team within your firm! Now you can simply create a new Project by ”cloning” an entire Material List! This can be a Master List, curated by your company or another, existing (similar) Project. You can edit and revise after cloning.
- CLICK “ADD PRODUCTS” BUTTON: First, click on the blue button up by the Search bar to see the drop-down list of options. Next, click on “Clone Another Project”.
- SELECT THE LIST YOU WANT: When you click on “Clone Another Material List” a new window pops up with the title “Copy All Products” and a blank text box. Put your cursor in that box and click to reveal the entire list of options to choose from. Once you click on the name of the list you want, its entire contents magically appears in your project!
Note: You can do this at any time, either when you first set up a new project OR with a project in progress, as many times as you want. Some companies will have “sub lists” of specifically curated topics, such as “biogenic materials” or if organized by specific CSI Divisions such as, “09 Best Finishes”.
