Creating split screen view was shown to look at different items within the same Material List, but you can also use the Compare function to open two different lists at the same time. In this view, you can scan, compare or copy between the two Material Lists.
- CLICK “FROM ANOTHER PROJECT”: Click on the “Add Products” button at the top of the page and then scroll down to click “From Another Project” from the drop-down list. A new window will pop up.
- PICK THE MATERIAL LIST YOU WANT TO OPEN: The new pop-up window will show “Select a Material List” with a blank text box. Put your cursor in the box and click, and a list will open showing all of the Master Lists and Project Lists you have access to. Click on the one you want to open and get the view at the bottom.
- SELECT ITEMS AND CLICK ARROW: Select the individual items you want and then click that big blue arrow in the middle. NOTE: you can copy in either direction; from right to left or left to right. First select from “Add Products” and choose “From Another Project” (you can copy from another project or just compare for other reasons).
Choose which list you want to open up…Once the other list is open, you can copy in BOTH directions, from left to right AND right to left, even at the same time.
