LOGGING IN
The BuildingEase home page, below, is a portal to all of our programs and apps (tools). You can bookmark this page or bookmark your landing page in the app to quickly access your Company Library and Material Workflow tools. Manufacturers and Project teams have different landing pages and different content after they log in, which is specific to the actions they need to take.

The first time you login, you have to accept terms & conditions and authenticate your account for security. From then on, you’ll just come straight here and hop on!

REGISTRATION + AUTHENTICATION
Once you log in with your email and password, a confirmation email will be sent to authenticate your account. Go to your email and verify your identity. Then you’ll be brought back to BuildingEase to set up your account. Every individual’s account must be linked to their organization because there are many permissions and functions that are company-wide.

If anyone else from your company has already registered, your company’s name will appear as a choice for you to link to in the drop-down menu. If not, you will be asked to “create” your organization.
When you set up your account, you’ll need to select your “Organization Type” and whether you are part of a Project Team or a Manufacturer. Project Team means an owner or any part of the design or construction team. Manufacturer includes reps and distributors. You can invite any of your colleagues to sign up at this time, or you can do that later. Inviting someone at this level invites them to your company’s account, NOT to a project. Project teams can invite external collaborators at the Project level (see “Create new Project or Master List” to see how). NOTE: If your company has more than one email configuration, please contact [email protected] to let us know and we can accommodate that.
