You can easily check compliance to the standard you’ve created! Soon, you will be able to set up automatic notifications to the “gatekeeper” of the project’s Material List so they can intervene or help if they choose, when products do not comply. Reminder, you might want to click on the gear icon first, at the top right of the page, to open the Control Panel and make sure the certification data you want to see is selected to be displayed. To check compliance of products in a Material List:
- CLICK THE STANDARDS BUTTON: The Standards button is at the top right of the page. You’ll notice a drop-down arrow on the right of that button. If you have more than one standard in your firm, you need to first select which one you want to apply in the next step. If you don’t, it will check the list against ALL of the standards simultaneously, which is probably more confusing than helpful!
- SELECT THE STANDARD YOU WANT TO APPLY: Once you check that box, then click anywhere outside the window, your Material List will magically show you what complies (green checks) and what is non-compliant! To see WHY it does not comply – see #3.
- CLICK A SPECIFIC PRODUCT ROW: Once click on a specific product and open the Product Detail Page (PDP) you will see the “Standards” button at the top of the page. Click that and the pink box highlights why this product is noncompliant!

Make sure you choose the standard you want to apply before you click the Standards button!

To see why a specific product is non-compliant, click on the row containing that product to open the PDP (Product Detail Page). Then click the Standards button (making sure you selected the right standard).
