In addition to using the Control Panel to select what data is visible within a Material List (as shown in detail in the prior section), there are also other ways to scan a list and easily see certification information. Material Lists automatically open showing All Items. To display more tabs (for general information, CSI divisions, Groups, Certification data) simply open the Settings (gear icon, top right) to make your choices.
You’ll notice in the bottom image that not all rows contain data. That’s because BuildingEase does not limit its catalog to certified products. You can “build an entire project” using BE and we have many ways that we leverage this inclusivity to accelerate market transformation to influence what BE calls the NYGs, the “Not-Yet-Green” products!
- CLICK SETTINGS ”GEAR”: As shown in the previous section, click the gear icon in the top right to open the Control Panel opens up. This is the place where you change what appears in your Material List view, such as the certification data, and determines what you can export.
- SEARCH, SORT, DRAG: (all the images below) No matter what you choose to show or hide in your Material List view, you can easily scan entire lists to see expiration dates, quantified data (ppm, VOCs, GWP #s) and you can use the simple or complex search tools, you can use the split screen function to compare within a Material List, drag-n-drop columns to a different order or move tabs around to further customize your view.
