Simple searches are fast and easy, using the Search bar at the top right of the page. If you want to do complex searches with multiple criteria or apply “and” / “or” logic, you can do that too!
- QUICK SEARCH: Type in any term here for a fast, simple search! (this will expand to advanced multi-term search soon!)
- HOVER/CLICK: When you hover over any of the “column headers” like Product Name or Manufacturer, 3 dots appear. Click on the 3 dots and a drop-down window will appear. (Clicking on the arrow, like the one next to Product Name above, just sorts the information in that column in ascending or descending order.)
- CLICK ON “FILTER” IN THE DROP-DOWN MENU: There are a bunch of options in the drop-down menu including pinning the “column header” to the left or right (you can also just drag it to a different location). Click on “Filter” and the drop-down menu will change to the window in # 4 below.
- ADVANCED SEARCH OPTIONS: In the advanced search window called “Filter”, you can set which terms you are searching for (“columns” like Product Name, Manufacturer, CSI #), then you can change variable like “contains” and then type in the value, or text that you are searching for. In the next section, see how to add another option to apply “and” / “or” logic.
Once you’ve opened up that Filter pane, you can build your detailed search by adding criteria:
